Subtle Noise Textures

Many of you may have experienced a point in your career where you find yourself lingering on a design that is missing that extra touch. That “something” that adds the missing character to your work and allows your restless mind to be put at ease. I have found that the use of subtle textures can REALLY help you breath life into a flat design. Over the past couple weeks I have put together this collection of my favorite, custom-made textures and now they are ready for you to use!
There are six different textures ranging in various shades for you to use on your next project.

I have provided a 300ppi (2577x2380) JPEG for each texture so you can use them for high-quality printwork as well.

If anyone would like to know how I created these, just let me know. I will be more than happy to post a video tutorial! It’s a very simple process.
If needed, I can also supply larger versions.

I will put these to use! Word!
Quick transaction! Item arrived in mint condition. Would buy from again! A++++++++++++
Ha, Thanks guys! I hope they serve you well, as I have trained them to do so.
Cool! Thanks for sharing. Like every other graphic designer I’m on a modern-vintage kick right now so I’m sure these will come in handy… :)
Hello. These are nice textures. I wish I could know how you created these. Thanks a lot again.
Sure, I can post a video tut if you would like. Been wanting to do one for a while now.
That would be awesome. I would check it out if you could make one. Thanks.
great stuff! I’d love a tutorial if you can do it :-)
These are just what I have been looking for. What do you suggest as the best way to colorize these?
I would suggests a color balance adjustment layer with the “colorized” option at the bottom selected or a solid color layer over it with the blend mode set to “color”. Hope that helps!
I’d love that tutorial too. I really like the textures, and it’s always interesting to see how other designers make their own.
